They are illegally collecting in the state of North Carolina. They are not licensed with the Dept. of insurance in NC and are using illegal collection practices. How do I know this? I work for the largest collection agency in the country!

I am presently conducting a pre-litigation investigation concerning Allstate Financial Services d/b/a Allstate Adjustment Bureau ("Allstate") for its telephone messages, communications, and other practices that violate the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and other state laws.
