Overseas scammers, if they are calling you, you are on a robot dial list. At one time someone has verified information by accident as simple as an address or a relative and you have ended up in this system. They will then call over and over until no end, phishing for information to add to their database to sell to someone else. Do not give them scammers ANY information on yourself or anyone else. Block them and report the number to FTC. Open case at FTC. Looks like they are using payday loan SCAM, or the IRS SCAM. Seems like phone companies could put an end to this never-ending robo call from KNOWN scammers. They use many names, IPS, MPS, ISP, Processing. They are NOT a REAL company, nor do you owe anyone money. Every time they call (which is a LOT), I will continue to report anywhere I can.

there is actually cases with the FTC and with the Police in Bay Harbor Island Florida..Doesnt make them any less annoying because they are doing the same thing to me.. everyday numerous times a day.. i have taken to screeching in the phone when they come on the phone.. hehehe.. if i had a fog horn i would do that .. a whistle will do.. or anything that shrieks.. will do just fantastic.. key is dont talk to them at all..answer it and annoy them dont talk shriek put the phone down sing whatever you want if the baby is crying put the phone by the baby if you have a toddle give the phone to the toddle let them talk to her or him.. just annoy the crap out of them eventually they will stop calling .. i just started the shrieking today..but beware they dont just call from this number they call from...855-904-7781, 866-514-9653,855-332-6098 there are other numbers..as well .. also becareful as they dont just use this payday loan scam they use an IRS scam as well.. when they didnt get me on the payday loan a few days later they tried getting me on i owe income taxes.. mind you i am on disability and i dont work and i get a set income and dont pay taxes and i dont get taxes back so .. i dont owe any either.. let alone they are going to come after me for this year.. give me a break.. well for 2015 we just filed for this.. to much..they will try anything .. so do as the police told me to do.. annoy the crap out of themm dont cuss at them or anything .. just annoy them.. annoy the crap out of them.. do what they do to us.. call them back .. and annoy them some more..now that is me talking.. they didnt say to do that ..im saying to do that.. :) my bad.. anyway they can be aggressive with us heck we can be too.. lets fight fire with fire..go to http://onlineips.net/contact and https://www.ftc.gov/contact or call 877-438-4338 this is the FTC number and this is the case number they have on this scam.. yes they are investigating it..Case number is 67586628...the Bay harbor island police dept in florida also has a case on it .. i have that case number to i will put it here but not sure how it goes.. i think its IS or I5 590 0F now this is what i found on these websites i found on other sites for this phone number that other people that did research and i in turn did some research...so i am not so sure how real all of it is.. i reported mine to the FTC so that i know is real..all i can say is good luck to us.. and hopefully we can get these guys..

They call me everyday and it is the same people who called me at some point last year. They are looking for someone who doesn't even have this number. This has got to stop!

They keep calling me repeatedly, say the company name is MPS and are calling for someone we don't even know. Just because we have the same last name. They either say they will remove my number or just hang up before I can finish telling them to do so. PITA

they are now calling my relatives! keep telling me that I have a civil lawsuit, ive never had a payday loan and I had to file bankruptcy last year so if I did it would be gone! these people are crazy!
