I have received calls from USAA the associates are rather polite call me few times once a week in the afternoon not in the early hours of the morning or late at night like most places.

the staff have calling looking for a person who is not leaving in my house. Asked several times to remove my home phone numbers from their list, which they said did it but they continue calling.
Contemplating to take legal action for not consider my request to remove my phone from their list, and don't verify information about the person that they are seeking for.

This is USAA Credit Card Collections. They said they were removing my number. Apparently someone has been using it as a contact number. We will see.
