They said they were Sallie Mae Collections. But, my account is in good standing. They couldn't pull my info up with my account of soc # which made me nervous.

The caller left a message to call 866-517-3096 six days in a row without any info as to who they are and what they are soliciting and won't stop! I left a message for them to put us on their "no call" list and won't acknowledge our request. Can I sue for harrassment?

I think this is a phishing scheme to get your SSN. When I called back, the computer claimed to be Sallie Mae and asked me to enter my SSN. I hung up. I've reported this to Sallie Mae, too.
