Received same message on two separate days from an "Amy Nelson" at this number. Both times it gave a reference number of 600404--The same number other people report receiving. It was obviously intended to sound like an actual person talking, but the exact wordage of the call was identical both times, which seems to indicate it was a recording. I called it back the second time, and heard some messages which sounded fairly professional and convincing telling me what numbers to press for what department. I was on hold for a minute, then a lady--whose voice sounded like "Amy Nelson" though she did not identify herself--came on and asked how she could help. I said that I was returning their call, and asked what agency this was. She said that it was "Student Loan Document Preparation" (or something like that) and "We help people prepare documents to reduce their student loans" (or something like that). I was suspicious of this from the start, and bluntly told her that I did not need any help in this area. She immediately hung up without another word. This is an obvious scam.
