1) extra free services with SiriusXM, but the collection of debt must be fulfilled prior to receiving said services;
2) no disclosure of debt collection until the end of conversation;
3) no need to follow the laws in the US, business not located in the US;
4) 15 phone calls to SiriusXM, 10 with supervisors, failed to resolved the situation.
5) multiple requests for assistance ended with dropped phone calls and being left on hold.
6) despite a confirmation from SiriusXM on Aug 11th to be added to company's "do not call list," a solicitation came Aug 13th for the same services.
7) because of the promise of 2 days prior of no more solicitations, SiriusXM conveyed their apologies and offered to extend my service for 1 year even adding the traffic information for free.
8) the phone call on 9/4/13 confirmed SiriusXM on Aug 13 added services without updating my account information.
9) despite numerous problems with the account, SiriusXM continued to deny assistance until 15th call.

Sirius/XM (may possibly be an automated debt collection calls for "Keith"/unknown subject - however, they are calling the consumer's cell phone and she stated that she has to pay by the minute for all of ther calls (it is a prepaid cell phone). Sirius/XM owes her at least 1,000 minutes because they have been calling her multiple times per day over a period of six months!
