With each call from 866-526-7795 a person asks; "may I have your first and last name". This number appears as coming from Allied Interstate and is soliciting personal information. There is no reason I should be called by these folks. This has been going on for over a month and with 4-8 calls each day! This is harassment!

Autodialed to ring at precisely 8:30 a.m., three week, precisely at 8:30 a.m. Recorded message begins: Anything you say will be used against you. We are seniors, almost 80, have always paid bills on time, have very little credit, one credit card used only when traveling.This has been going on for more than three weeks.Same time, 8:30 a.m., every morning.

Capital One: After my account was brought up current, I was still receiving multiple calls per day, seven days a week. When I answered and verified my account status, I told them that if they called me one more time I would sue Capital One for harassment. I haven't received another call since!

Capital One - Even after my account was brought current and no longer in delinquency, these people keep calling, 4-6 times per day, 7 days a week. I spoke to a rep, made him aware that the account is up to date and said if this number EVER comes up on my phone again, I will sue for harassment.
