I recieve about 10 calls a day from this #, i don't have a capitol one card, i don't even have a card.

My Problem: You have called my private number without permission. You have called on May 28, 2011 at 8:45 AM and again on May 27, 2011 at 1:02 PM and many other times that I did not record. You do not leave a message and no one responds when I answer the phone.

“Not Provided” and phone number

An internet search revealed you identity.
I do not owe any debts:

I called back today at 10:10 AM to 1 866 526 7795 and talked with “Lisa” who identified the company as “Allied Interstate in behalf of Capitol 1” and asked for my 16 digit account number. I informed Lisa that I do not have a Capitol 1 account. She verified my telephone number as above and said that they would remove my number from their list within 48 hours. I told her the following:
I am exercising my rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
You must:
1. Send me a written copy of your "Do Not Call" Policy to my address above within the next few weeks;
2. Place my number on your "Do not Call" list. and;
3. Not call my number again.
We have no business with each other. I am keeping records of the calls. If you call again, that will be your last free call. I will pursue financial relief from additional calls through the TCPA at my local small claims court. If you do not send your “Do Not Call” policy, that will also cost $500 plus court fees. You can look up the TCPA on the internet.
