calls 4x per day for the past 4 days, leaving a recorded message claims to be Citibank and I need to verify my account either by phone or sign into Citicard.com. Fortunately, I gave them my home phone number which has a recorder on it and I never answer it unless I know the caller ID. Home phone is more like a junk email box and I give it to companies and online junk which require a phone number. Called 866-532-0423 got a recording saying it was Citicard- Automated Agent asked how would I like to access my account- by credit card number, phone number or social security number? This is how they get started, stealing your identity hoping to get you card or SS#. I tried the phone number they called but "they were having trouble accessing my account" and asked for my card or SS numbers- I hung up.

They have been calling for over a year offering me a lower interest rate. My request to be removed from their call list is ignored. They usually hang up.

18 times in 5 days in spite of the number being blocked. They never leave a message, and when they do say my name it's with a foreign accent.

I screen all calls. I block any number number if (a) they don't leave a message or (b) they leave a message and it's clearly a telemarketing, solicitation, political or any other type of call that I am not interested. After I block the number, my phone still logs the fact that an attempt was made to call me.

This number has called me at least twice a day for the past ten days. I called it from a different phone and the recording on the other end indicated that it was Citibank.

I consider this amount of solicitation pure harassment. Because of this, I will never EVER consider doing business with any part of Citicorp, Citibank, or any of their subsidiaries.

Robocall telling me to hold, quick ph# search revealed this is a scam and they aren't really associated with Citicard, also shows that USA Today reported it as one of the top 10 scams going on.

They left message about an overdue citi card account.... when I checked my account online I realized I missed payment on one of my cards. Called support, made payment and got fees removed. Never give info to anyone that calls you. Call card back with number you know.

Called me saying I was late on my credit card. Said if I wanted to pay $150 I would be in good standing....when I started asking for specific info about him he couldn't provide details, so I hung up, it's A SCAM
