Scam - shows as Citi Bank on phone but in actually individual sounds foreign, Refuses to give information as to reason for telephone call.

completely Dangerous BANK SCAM- international # being used -Citibank scam and fake voicemail w fake numbers to ask for return call- do NOT ANSWER DO NOT CALL BACK - call your bank # that you have on your cc and report it as I did and Citibank also notified me it is scam to steal your social security # and money . VERY VERY DANGEROUS. They even tried to Mimic the Citibank voice tone on all their automated messages and you can tell that it is not from Citibank it is so obvious! Block immediately!!

Received a call from this telephone number. Monitored the call while my telephone system's auto attendant was doing it's thing. "Sarah" from "Account Holder Services" was calling about a credit card rate offer.

THIS PHONE NUMBER is a SCAM. They wanted my s/s number and contact number. I did not give them the s/s but did give my phone number. They were calling for my mom who has passed 17 years ago. WTF

Called today and left no message. I paid my bill to Citibank in full the other day and they acknowledged through email. I suspect this is a scam call to get personal info.

I haven't picked up but I was sure it was Citi Bank.(several calls) Didn't understand why I should be receiving a call from them since I'm current on my bill...smh!
