Someone by the name of Bernice Johnson (who has, what sounds to me like, a Jamaican accent) keeps calling my mother from this number. Each time, she leaves a message, including a "reference number", for my mother to return her call. She claims to be from United Collection Bureau, Inc. MY MOTHER HAS NO OUTSTANDING DEBTS! She pays her bills on time (or early) every month. Yet, this company, with the same recorded message, by the same woman, calls everyday - sometimes more than once! This is harassment. My mother has had her home phone number on the "Do Not Call" list for more than a decade. How can we get these annoying SCAM robocalls to stop?! (They also leave 866-559-4312 as a callback number.)

I received a call from this number. The voicemail told me to call at 8665461551. I called and talked with Samantha. She asked "who am I have a pleasure speaking with..." so I said, "well you should know my name, you called me. Please look at my number and tell me my name". Samantha looked up my phone and again she asked, "so who am I speaking with" I said, "You looked at my number right? You should know my name, please tell me". She gave me the wrong last name. I said you are calling wrong person because that is not my name. Samantha said "ok I will remove your number".
If you get a call from this number, I recommend never give any information about you first. Ask them who they are calling for which bill from where. Ask them to send the "paper" proof by email or something. You don't want to give home address because that is another personal information they can use for something.

There is no debt. The bank has confirmed. Yet he keeps calling to try and get money from me. Has been going on for over a month.

This caller keeps calling about a debt that was paid off, according to the bank. He is quoting an incorrect amount, and will not stop calling.
