866-550-6858 will call all the time even as a blocked number but when they leave a voice-mail they say nothing at all

Asked to speak with "name" I just hung up. Surprised that they actually said who they were with before verifying that they were speaking to the person they were looking for. I believe they can't do that as it would be a breach of confidentiality.
