Mark foster with a heavy indian accent called my job claiming to be an affidavit processor for the federal government stating that I owed money for a connivance and claiming to file charges against me if they were not paid. I owe nothing. This is a scam.

There are scams being run from this number. They have stolen several checking accounts and addresses
