Recording telling me to call this number or my Sirius radio would be turned off because of an unpaid balance. I called the regular customer service number and confirmed that. They told me to ignore. They also told me 866-569-6364 wasn't theirs?? ANNOYING

Called every day with threats about unpaid bills and overdue accounts. My accounts are closed with S/XM and have Zero $ balances (confirmed several times). Call S/XM Customer Care at 1-877-486-0949 to complain and put your name on a Sirius/XM Do Not Call list. If they keep it up, sue them through one of the lawyers who advertise on these sites ($1500 for each call after you've notified them).

Calling about a closed acct. We decided not to renew and now they won't stop hounding us. Calls start at 8am CST and continue until 9CST and it's very frustrating. At one point a man called from the number and left a moaning voicemail message WHICH I HAVE SAVED AS PROOF ALONG WITH THE # IT CAME FROM WHICH IS SIRIUS.

This has been going on for about 18 months. Originally they called and said they were calling because we owed them money. I told them we do not have Sirius XM Radio and we have never had it. They checked in to it and said the owner of the account was someone named Peter. That is not my name. I told them I have had this cell phone number for seven years. They made up some excuse and said they would take care of it. They never did, the calls just keep coming. Every time I call they say that the person I spoke to before didn't handle it right, but they promised me this time it would be taken care of. Guess what a couple months later they are calling again, very frustarating.
