I received a voice message from a Black female saying that she was calling for Tonya Haines or Haynes from Eastside Lenders concerning my Sept. 30th due date. My name is not Tonya Haines/Haynes. I do not have a loan with this company and have never heard of them until I listened to my voicemail today, 9/24/11. I called the above # and a Black male's voice was on the recording saying to call back during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. I did not apply for a loan with them and no money was deposited into my account.

I checked the toll free numbers to trace it and there was info on the compamy. The State of California issued a Cease and Desist order to them. They are not licensed to do business there. I am going to make my bank aware that they may attempt to debit my account. I do not know if they have any bank information, but they have my home #.

these people keep calling me every morning at 8 a.m.
I have never heard of them but they will not stop calling me
They keep asking me for my SS #
They will not stop. They are in Wilmington, Delaware.

Eastside Lenders debited from my fathers credit account on a Friday for $1300 and then on Monday morning at 12 midnight debited my account for $1300. and asked me to wait for 3 days
They have a total of $2600. The double-dipping in accounts have caused my rent check to bounce. thieves!!

This is East Side Lenders, an illegal payday loan company. I never signed any agreement with them; I only viewed the application. A woman by the name of Dominque called, left a voicemail saying she was calling from East Side Lenders and claimed "we currently have you pre-appoved for the amount of $700[...] please give me a call back," and she left the number and her extension. I never called.
The next day, the funds were deposited in my account! I sent an email saying I never authorized those funds, but they ignored my email. They debited my account twice for $210 in interest fees on that $700. So, I wrote them a cease and desist letter after closing my bank account, informing them internet payday loans are illegal in the state of MA. I told them I only am going to reimburse them the remaining of the principal, which is $280 ($700-420), but they keep calling and leave no message and have not responded to the email or provided a physical address to me so I could send a money order. Stay away from these companies!
