We received the message "Dear Amazon Customer, Your order has been placed successfully and $469.89 will be charged from your primary card. Order i.d. #112-34900*******075. For more information please call us at 1-866-573-0923, Checked with the band and Amazon- definitely a SPOOF TEXT.
We received exactly the same text message today. No answer when I called back. Amazon doesn't do this, and if they did, they would certainly ANSWER with a list of recorded directions.
i got a text saying my amazon order has been placed successfully and $469.89 has been charged to my primary card. When i call i get "Amazon this is Chris..." Not being sent through voice mail hell is a bad sign as I've never heard of calling a person direct to a company via a toll free number
