now they are calling me from this number. I used this app to block the numbers that started to call me like 10 times per day, but now that I blocked those numbers, I receive calls from new places from the us. I think is the same person but uses this program to chance their number like when someone masks their ip address.

This number belongs to Portfolio Recovery. They call my number up to 15 times per day everyday and have been for weeks on end. I finally got tired of it and hired a lawyer who in return found out who it is. I would recommend contacting a lawyer and seek advice if you keep receiving the calls.

it plays music but noone talks. everytime i call back i get hung up on...

Not text. Just calls me over and over every day about 10 times and whenever i answer it hangs up. This is harassment.
