Very annoying...They call almost everyday...late evening...

They call everyday, very obstrusive

Actually, HBC calls from a lot of different numbers...
....this one is specific to their Voyage Program ....
Got called today and didn't want to tell the poor boy who has to do this crappy job to shut up so I listen to the whole thing... it's a free trial for their program, if you accept, it enlists you to the program to get the free trial, than charges 19.99 per months of fee but by subscribing you get a free 25$ gift certificate and you can cancelled your subscription within the first 30 days and keep the card.... the only thing is not to forget to cancel. The program is like any other bonus program in stores you buy, you get reward, except that for this one there is a fee of 19.99 monthly... it's not worth it

the reason why when you call back there is no way to fall on the right number is because our numbers are dialed randomly from their data base, if there is a sound from our side, after a few seconds you get transfered to a real agent who has his own phone line.... If you want to get back to them, call 1 877 272 6531, the same number to cancel their subscription
