When I called back it was Citibank however I have no accounts with them

Calling saying they are collecting for Best Buy. I never had a Best Buy account. Transferred me to the fraud department and they began to argue with one another while I was on the phone. I did not give any information since they should have it. I heard a kid talking and playing in the background as well.
