Scam. Supposedly debt collector calling from litigation dept. Refuses to send debt validation notice. Threatens law suit. This number is the number given to call them back.

I received a call the original number was 1 855 473 0351 I returned the with the claim number and the person did not speak English Well. She stated that there was a claim against me for a loan. She could not tell me an address or phone number of the claim and I had not ever heard of the company VINCAPITOL LLC I HUNG UP!!
collection scam... seems to be run by a shady lawyer who lives in NY.
