Persons from this number have called our place of employment every 10 minutes and on our roll over lines. He ties up every line. We are a juvenile correctional facility and cannot afford to have all of our lines tied up. He is very rude. He states that his name is Scott Wilson or Darnell. But then he also says that he is superman on occasion. This is becoming very annoying. If we tell him the person he asks for is not here he states that is not his problem just get them on the line. Please what can be done????
