Called no one spoke, returned the call and they wouldn't identify themselves or the company they work for. Wanted my name, but I refused to give it to them.

Has called repeatedly. I finally answered a spoke with Maria or Marie. They are Encore something or other and work for G.E. Money. I told her to make a note not to call us as we will not communicate with them. Then I told her I was reporting them to the FCC. I hung up.
