Said that they were going to be at my home and/or place of work on feb. 10, 2012 between the hours of 11am - 5pm... Said I would need 2 types of government issued ID, a person OVER the age of 18 to sign for the "package" they were delivering. Stated that she worked for a Indepentent Courier Company?! It is now Jan 25th, never saw anyone on the 24th?! Crazy thing is if they knew anything at all I am NOT working!! Been disabled for several yrs now with MS!! Number that showed up was all zero's but number they left to call was 866-653-2165

Left a message looking for someone else, claiming it was a legal issue. Gave a "case #". I did a reverse phone lookup and all it said was "cell or unregistered number". It has fraud written all over it.

caller did not provide information on why they were calling. They also called my relative and left case number. I tried calling and they could not find my name and the correct address because I requesting something in writing from them. They are rude N.....rs. By the way I am blck.

keeps calling being very unprofessional. Ms. Green called and said that they could take legal action if i don't hurry up and pay my debt. What debt is she talking about idk.

These people left a note on my door for someone who has not lived in the house for several years. I tossed the note as whatever this is has nothing to do with me. The following day they called my neighbor and left a message for the same person who has not lived in my home for several years....they asked the neighbor to deliver the message to this person and left my address as the place to deliver the message. I called and told them if this continues that I will persue legal action.

Mrs. Green called and said I was going to be served by the 1st of Feb. and had to have 2 Ids and someone over 18 to wittness this paper work being served. And I was being charged with fraud and theft. But if I pay now all will be forgiven. What a crock! she also said that they would take away ny state benefits.

Called my X brother in law, gave him all sorts of information that was NOT correct! Called me and said they were going to file a law suit against me. Had all sorts of information that was NOT correct. Said I had worked for some company that I have never heard of!! This last time they called on Jan 24th, had to listed to the message FOUR times to completely understand it!! Poor grammer and just poor speaking all together!! msg left on home phone was very poor- I could barely understand the the name of the contact person -I had to listen 3 times just to get the return number and ext. Anyway my biggest is complaint is :they were calling for someone not even related to me, an old boyfriend over 22 yrs ago. I can't imagine how they got my number and his name connected - I got my home number 15 yrs ago well after dating this person. I can only hope they removed my name / number from their system.

Left a message on my cell phone telling me a case number; and that if I didn't call them back they would file a suit. Person calling was a black female, poor diction, poor grammar, could not even read a script.

Very rude call my mother and brother n law telling them all my business. Right then I knew they wasn't professional.Talking very rude saying that they were going yo take me to court

Contacted me at work then called my brother saying that they needed to speak to me, referring to me as his wife?! My brother asked what it was in regards to and they gave him all of my information. He told them that he knew they were fraud because any legit company would not divulge such information to anyone. They hung up. I called them back and told them they've been reported, the woman said "Well then have a nice day" and hung up. Unreal.

Left voicemail on parents home phone and my cell phone that was threatening nature. Said allegations were against me and action would be taken against me. I I have no clue what they are talking about

Called and claimed to be investigating federal check fraud allegations for a family member. Of course by law could not disclose the issue but could certainly call everyone they could find that may be related.
