I got a phone call from these poeple on my cell phone.the said i got a phone call from a Jeffery Morgan from the UCF saying that i got a payday loan in 2010 for $400 with cash usa. he wanted 5,000 dollers or 1808.00 to settle the matter. he asked me to fax him a letter and my ID. i made the mistake of doing so. I never asked for one from this company or any others. this was very scary for me. he threatened me with jail time. i looked up the number for the Cash usa place and they said they had no record of me getting a loan and he told me a scam. I was relieved and mad. but i had to call my bank and cancel the card because they had it and now I am just releived. i am just wanting to worn others about this before they make the mistake i did and that is give them any more information. here is the letter that he wanted me to send.

Attention Jeffery Morgan,
I Spring Needham, from the state of Arizona, will pay back this loan by paying $508.00 on Monday the 28th of March 2011. The balance would be discussed with Jeffery Morgan after the first payment.

Nicole Brown, Adam ?, nicole called left threatening message to call back about fraud charges on a loan i never recieved. same as above said officers were going to come to my house or work place. i returned call was again threatened , hung up on, told to have my attorney contact them. they had my social ,email, and work place.i called again . they wanted money or go to court. could not understand company they said they were from. at first they said money was placed in my bank account on nov. 12, 2010. I went to bank no such deposit was made, when i told them this they said that i must have gotten money some other way.iwent to police
