Caller claims to be calling about a Bank of America account that is pending legal action claiming to owe 850+ and would settle for 400 or payments of 200 for "X" months to settle a debt. Users are unaware they are being scammed being as Bank of America was called to verify and they did not any accounts regarding anything owed to them therefore this is verified a scam!
