This number does not appear in the contact information on the Aetna website and "Silverlink" is not found in a search on the site. Apparently, Silverlink Communications and Aetna partnered in 2011 to offer SMS reminders for diabetics. Silverlink became Welltok, which does not appear to be connected with Aetna at this time.
I hang up as soon as they want personal information. I do not trust. If they are from Aetna, they should have the information. I Will not pick up any of these calls, if I want anything I will call the insurance #
It's a legit call. They wanted to know if I was still taking my prescribed medication by way of an automated voice asking some basic questions.
I've received multiple calls from this number (which I've never answered). I believe they're an AETNA 3rd party vendor who wants to set up a visit from an RN to do a "medical evaluation." They're very aggressive.
believe a scammer , but dont want to talk to any vender that cold calls about some service they offer. they want to send a person to your home to look around and report back to aetna . if they report bad living conditions , smoking , big and fat ect will send in that and get your insurance premium even higher or boot you out .
