SCAM! This number called and said I owed $480 on a Payday loan from 2010. I interrupted the representative as she anxiously told me all of the various payment options I had available to take care of the debt. It told her that I never had a payday loan in 2010 and that their company would be required to mail me something in writing stating the terms of this "debt" at which point she became very argumentative and aggressive telling me they would escalate the case even further. Then I mentioned that I have worked for an attorney's office and know the laws concerning debt collection at which point she hung up. I called back to continue this entertaining conversation and my calls were continually hung up on. I finally got through to another representative and I asked for the business name (which is TASC) and asked for their business address. The representative repeatedly refused to give me the business address stating that for privacy reasons she did not have to provide that information. As I continued to ask for their business listing she quickly hung up. I will also be reporting this business to the BBB. I would encourage anyone else contacted by this group to do the same. recorded message about a claim in their office with instructions to call another number 855 904 7781 about my "claim" I haven't done anything wrong! I am not going to call them back because these demons have no conscience; they are incapable of reason or mercy or being convinced that they are lying. They are determined to collect debts that nobody actually owes so that they can line the pockets of the criminal masterminds who hired them. UGH!!!
