CID said Toll Free Caller. I never answer unidentified calls but they've called twice in an hour. Can't say if it's Dish or not although I am a customer. Bill is paid so I have no reason to talk to them and not interested in anything else they have to sell.

I got constant calls yesterday (6-28-13) from this number, but I never do answer numbers I don't recognize.

I see from comments on this site that it's a Dish scam. I'm a paid-up Dish subscriber, so they have no reason to call me. Finally the ding-dongs left a message that sounded like somebody taking their phone and rubbing it against a shirt or coat.

This is how people spend their lives?

i believe this number is someone posing to be a collection company. Just to make sure your phone is working and make you not suspicious. if they call again dont answer wait for them to talk first.
