I'm getting this call on my cell phone also - twice within a few hours. I just don't answer it.

this was an automated call saying they were Dish Network and that my bill was overdue. This made me really angry since my bill is paid, so I called Dish Network and they assured me this is not their company calling. They are aware of the number now and said they will reseach this further and apoligized to me.
