My 74 year old mother received a call from this company yesterday about my ex-husband. Yes he does skip out on his bills - trust me - but they called and threatened to sue my mother and supeona me for his bill. They even asked her about my minor children. How can we complain about this company?

they called me and said that they are sueing me and serving me papers and will put a warrent out for my arrest for a pay day loan that i took out seven years ago and they will take my car to pay the past due amount. But they would not give me any indepth information about the situation and what was owed and would not give a name and kept hanging up on told me i couild settle out of court for 850.00 and said that if i went to court they would take my car to resolve the balance owed. I kept calling back and the voice mail i got said it was from a MFS corp office and all they gave me was a claim number. This is a scam don't give any informaiton to them or pay any money. I contacted my police dept and they advised me they were aware of this and it was a scam and to ignore the calls and disreguard it.

claimed to be a process server with san diego county gave this number because i am being sued 2 complaints ?

My uncle received a call from a supposed cop and told him that my dad was due in court and that he was going to be arrested if he did not call that 866 number within 2 hours. We contacted the 866 number and it belongs to an MFS corp office......nothing to do with the court. The person did not give a name.
