Got a vm this morning from unavailable #. Message from lady named Amy, said she had legal papers with my social security number and needed to drop them off either at my home or work and left the 866 with ref 81###. I did call the number and they asked me to verify my last 4 of my ss, yeah No wayy! This lady sounded just like the Amy from the vm but claim she wasn't.. sounded just like her, she was very rude and mean. Finally she said good luck getting my legal documents from co of san Diego.

called and said I wrote bad checks. I don't have checks for my account.Said in an hour I would be served by the police for my arrest.

Called to say I had taken out a payday loan and it was unpaid. Never took out a payday loan. Said they were going to send someone tomorrow to serve me with court paperwork.
