Caller ID logged this number (808) 674-2744 as "Private name." The caller (a recording/robocall) left a voice mail message requesting the recipient of the call (did NOT refer by name) to call UNITED HEALTHCARE at a different number, at (866) 686-2504, claiming [Quote] "This is an important message from UNITED HEALTHCARE... You may be eligible for the terms of your plan for a reward." [End of quote] However, (866) 686-2504 phone number does NOT match any of the Customer Service phone numbers on the back of the official UNITED HEALTHCARE plan card. So did some research online, and lo and behold, the (866) 686-2504 phone number has MANY complaints!! So be careful everyone!! Keeping all in prayers.+

Asian Indian woman called from (802) 922-9956 (Vermont number). Looking to set up appointment. Had my name correct and actually pronounced it correctly, which is very unusual. Said she was from the United Health Group. Then tried to get information. I've been told they will never call asking for information. That would be a scam. I balked and she gave me (866) 686-2504 to call back later. Gave no extension. I've received numerous other calls from an (866) number and literally thousands of calls from folks with Indian accents some of which have actually confirmed they are in India calling about a whole array of things and always try to get information. I have every reason not to trust this and very little reason to believe it. Any information I have ever given later callers seem to know

I work for United healthcare and this is the Houscalls number . If you dial it it will be united healthcare that answers.

Received Scammer Phone Call & robocall voicemail on Mon. 6/27/22 at 12:07PM from (443)-492-2802 United Healthcare "Hello this is UHC - you are eligible for a reward call 1-(866)-686-2504 M-F 8AM-8:30PM (ET)". Constantly calling & No Message on Fri. 7/1/22 at 12:51PM Out-To-Lunch & VOICEMAIL IS FULL - Blocked Call on Phone - SCAM ALERT.

I received the recorded message too, asking me to call back 866-686-2504. I called the Customer Service number on the back of the United HealthCare ID Card 800-643-4845, asking for them to confirm the phone number is legitimate. The Indian lady (I could hear a rooster crowing in the background) confirmed that this phone number IS LEGITIMATE, part of their HOUSE CALL program

This number isn't even the official United Health Care HouseCall number, they contacted me from a different number and asked me to call 866-686-2504, and after I told the scammer on the phone this, he went quiet and proceeded to talk about how that is the United Health Care HouseCall number, and I restated what I said, and he said he'll take my number off, so I gladly said "Great" and I'm thinking of calling them again to see what they say.

This is not a scam. I needed to reschedule my wellness home visit and went to UHC website for support and was assured this is a UHC number.

They are United Health Care and it is part of their medicare plan. It is not a scam.

I have gotten several calls from this number wanting to come out and that they are from United Health Care. They are wanting to set up a home visit and want me to call them back. I never do. I do not answer my phone when I do not know the name or phone number and United Health Care does not call me although I am insured by them . They called today 4/4/17 around 3 PM.

I do have United The timing is peculiar because I know the plan I'm on won't be available next year. Based on the other feedback here, I am 99.9% sure it's a scam.

Some Godless Terrorist Scammer saying it was from United Healthcare/AARP wanting me to call 866-686-2504 back and set up a home visit.

First, we don't have United Healthcare, we're Military and I don't think the Socialist Liberal Supporting Organization known as AARP allows a 28 year old couple to be members.

Second, I'm not calling some asswipe with broken and VERY POOR english back and setting up a home visit so this Godless Trash can invade our home. But then again, maybe I should and have my Uncle (our local Sheriff) be waiting for this Godless Terrorist Scammer with a shotgun and handcuffs. YEA, That's an idea.....

They called my 90 year old mom. Made an appointment. Called them and tried to talk to lady who was coming out to visit and they would not connect, kept trying to get mom's data. Told them I would be happy to meet with them and will have Medicare Fraud Unit with me (cause I really do have connections to MFU) and was hung up on.
