They are Devcon Security. Google their address. They bought out Pinnacle Security, sometime around April to May 2012. Between both companies, they clearly dont know what they are doing! Accounts payable and receivable records probably are askew. Anyhow, although my account with Pinnacle was fully paid even before my contract ended, Devcon is too dumb to know that and since the purchase they call me anywhere from one to four times a day, with weekends included. I got a block app on my Android so it doesnt bother me (with Metro PC it only costs one dollar a month). Now I have a log on my phone of excessive calls as well as each FTC complaint on each of their calls. On Monday, they will have been calling me over 30 days, although they were placed on the Do Not Call Registry. I am sending a certified letter to the company as well as the same letter regular mail. The important part of the letter is to request a "cease and desist" to all bothersome phone calls/communication. By law, they must comply. If they dont, they have broken the law and then attourneys step in........ This is what I am doing. I recommend that the general public put a stop to this and we all FIGHT BACK BECAUSE IT"S OUR RIGHT!
