This number called me, said they were from NYL and stated it would take about 20 minutes, stating it was my interview for personal, medical and financial info. I asked, "Wouldn't the time with my agent to sign up, be my interview?", they stated that it was different. I also stated that the Para-Medic, who was suppose to come to my house today... wouldn't that be the interview, seeing that he was to asked about those things, as well as take a blood and urine sample, again they stated it was different. I felt weird about it, but then proceeded to answer the questions of my name, birthdate, and last 4 digits of my social. After that, there was a long pause, then the call abruptly ended. What did I just do and how can I find out. ARG

you should only get this call if you applied for insurance with New York Life and it is legit

They say there calling from the insurance company??? Suspicious!!!

Caller called me as well. Stated to go somewhere private to talk.wanting to confirm info starting with my name! Call would take 20-30 mins to verify important info. I did not like that whatsoever. Felt something funny about everything .

caller ID said MY Life.
did not connect caller when I picked up. rang back and then they pick up. Had very thick foreign accent. Stated he was from New York life who we had spoken too earlier in day. call at 2045 evening. wanted me to go somewhere private so we could discuss info. Told him he was not legit and hung up.
