Prisoners calling my flipping phone every day now for a week. Block the number but somehow goes to my voicemail. I don't know anyone in prison nor will I accept a call from them.
Voice asks if you want to accept the call and press 3 to block which simply doesn't work.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone. It went to voicemail and all I heard was a automated voice saying Headingly Correctional Facility.
This is a third party connection service for incarcerated people to reach out to the world with. They expect the recipient of the call to pay via credit card for the call. Possible scam
frequents calls to voice mail no name given sounds like operator re accepting the call or not and charges says if you want to block the call from this inmate push 3 but blocking does not work at all
