I received a call from this number. They asked me for my for my birth date and what card I wanted to use to pay. I hung up because I don't pay anything for prescriptions. Humana did not have a record of the call. Its apparently a scam to get your card #.

yes, I did receive that number and it is a number from Humana. . they were calling me to refill my prescriptions and verified that number was from Humana. Jean

I've been dealing with Humana for years, and the past couple of times I used 866-725-2203 because I got a call from that number. Like many of the people here, I suspected nothing, although my so-called "code number" did not match. I ended up ordering my prescription from CVS, convinced that somebody was using the Humana name to gain personal information. When I got another call from that number, I decided to look up the phone number on my earlier prescriptions filled by Humana and printed on the pill containers. It was 800-379-0092, which is the CORRECT NUMBER, in use today. I believe the 866 number is a phishing number, a scam; do not call it.

Yes they called and left a message they were with Humana and left a call back number and a 7 digit code to enter. This number did not agree with what I had on file for Humana Pharmacy. The lady I spoke with in Customer Service checked and did verify that someone from Humana had tried calling regarding a rx refill. I am supposed to be notified via e-mail not by phone messages. Therefore, I assume it is a legit number.

An hour ago they called from an 888 number and just now from the 866 with the same message. Don't answer your phone, let the answering machine pick it up and ignore or block them. It's a scam to get your credit card information.

This is a fake call. Was driving and listening to on my car's audio. Said Humana Pharmacy. Okay. Couldn't talk but the voice went on to say if your birthday is such and such say yes. Started laughing it is a fake birthday I put on some Internet site to making myself 5 years younger. This is the date they gave. Definitely a scam. Humana has my real date of birth.

I get calls from this number and if you call back, the first question that is asked requires a "YES" answer. (Do not answer YES..hang up). I called Humana Pharmacy and they said that I have no messages to reply to nor any other reason for them to call. My Humana preferences show that I am to be notified by EMAIL only and I am on their DO NOT CALL list. This number has to be SPAM or PHISHING.

If Humana is you health care insurance provider this is a legitimate call!

They called, said Humana Pharmacy, asked re refilling 2 medicines then asked for credit card number which I gave without thinking, then they said to hold for a customer service representative, who never came on line. I subsequently called and put a hold on the credit card. Pat from Ohio

caller said from Humana about a refill, asked a lot questions, when asked for cridit card number I hung up.
