Jerks calling constantly. Block calls or change your number. DO NOT answer and do not call them back even if they are calling for another person - they will never leave you alone once they reach a live person. They don't care if it's the correct person or not.
REPORT them. Resources listed above!
Every single person needs to report them so we can shut them down!

Web site claims they are in California: http://www.rashcurtis.com/contact.html
BBB gives them an accredited A+ even though they have 103 complaints and 1 negative review: http://www.bbb.org/greater-san-francisco/busi ... ville-ca-22340/
They are not registered in California under that name. A search on Bizapedia.com reveals that about half of their charters have been revoked or dissolved. This would legally preclude them from doing business.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
