It is a scam, I contacted my local Sears which is just down the road from me and was told it wasn't one of their numbers. Being that I too have orders for ready pick up as well as waiting to be delivered and I came to this site and seen it was Sears I thought why not add to my contact list for the future. But here is the thing I have signed up for text and email so not sure why I have gotten a phone call. Since I was told it wasn't my local Sears numbers I made the mistake in calling it and it is a robocall yes saying it is from Sears but from another state. I do have Norton and when I called the number to see if it was a scam or not something kept popping up on my phone and before I can see what it was it was gone so I'm thinking I should block it and remove it from my list.

Anoying call from sear!! F!!

Most annoying people in the world. Sears Order Pickup calling to robo-tell you your order is ready. HOWEVER they call 2-3 times a day even AFTER you have picked the item up. No way to tell them to stop. I've had them call days and WEEKS after I picked the items up. The store says there is nothing they can do. Really?! No one runs the system?! I just added them to my block list. Phone call is worthless anyway as you need the email receipt with sales number to pickup item.
