I just got a call from unknown telling me to call this 866 number and they said that a summons was going to be filed against me in 2 days. A name was not given and the caller had a strange accent. Do I need to call the number or is it a scam? I have gotten calls from Ms. Hearn before.

Called my home phone (land line)stated that they received a complaint against me for usage on my credit card. SCAM IDENTITY THEFT I think.

Got a call from 716 601 3075. The message said they have my file and have to call 1866 734 5820 immediately and refer to the file number but never mentioned what exactly the file number is. Been receiving this call for a while and It is very annoying . How can I stop this?

they said it was from ncw, saying they had my file ready to call them back. scam!

I also received call from some stranger, this number called me everyday at 12pm and I have to put it on automatic rejected list. Then he left voice mail saying that he expected me to call back for some lawsuit against me! It is so annoying. Is there anyway I wont receive voice mail from this phone number? When I called back it said something about NCW!

Left message that someone filed a complaint against me in Cook County! Even gave me a case number. I called back and told them to call me back. Not the first time some idiot tried to scare me with a scam.
