Note in PayPal transaction to call for refund on fraudulent money request. Scammer gets "PayPal Financial Department" on the phone to complete the refund. They ask you to check your bank account to see how much was debited. The debit isn't there. They send you a link that downloads a screen sharing program. They can see your account and balance. They show a blue screen that says "Software is updating. Please do not turn off your compter". A few minutes later, that screen goes away and you see your account screen with the debit that matches PayPal. They created a fake screen that looks exactly like your account screen. Next, they ask you if you received the credit. You don't see it so they tell you to log out and log back in. You see the blue screen while they update the fake screen. When you log back in, you see a credit but the amount has an extra digit. They over paid you. The next step is for you to send the same amount back to them so they can send the correct amount. Everything you're seeing is a fake copy of your account. If you send them money, you're sending your money, not their over payment.
