Sent a letter that I had 30 days to dispute a bill. I disputed and never heard back. I found out they put this incorrect debt on my credit history. One of my cards raised my interest rate to 25%! Word to the wise. Follow up on any disputes.

I have been called 3 times so far. A Ms. O'Neil wants a call back from my ex-husband. I call back to ask to be removed from the call list and always get Kyle. He is rude but promises that he will remove my number. The last time I spoke with him I told him that I would find out where they were calling from and would sue them for harassment.

He says his name is Paul, but does not say who he is representing. He leaves ext 6132. He has also called my cell phone, but does not leave a message. He has called me at work 4 xs in one day! I consider this to be harrassment.
