I've got a paypal card and this is the number they gave me they gave me to call. However before I can get my card activated I need to verify who I am. They gave me a fax number to fax my info. Then when I tried to fax them the number was invalid. So I tried to call and see what the problem was. I got told that this phone number is no longer in service! I don't even know if this really is a paypal number cause it's so hard to get any customer service from them.
