My husband has been getting REPEATED phone calls to his cell phone from this company, who claim to be trying to reach a Bill Horton, but won't say why they're looking for him and don't want to accept that the cell phone they're calling no longer belongs to him. My husband is getting EXTREMELY frustrated and is ready to file harrassment charges.
