Claimed to be “Student Forgiveness Center” to reduce or eliminate my student loans. Thing is I have no student loans.
Blocked the number, doubt it will do any good

Technical call support that was ordered to close down. For the refund you had to call 866-757-2045. Definitely a SCAM. DO NOT CALL that number. Instead report them to the www.donotcall.gov and the FTC.
