In the middle of doing genealogy research; this browser pops up, with this number to call, and states "You are in the middle of being hacked" "Call this Microsoft number IMMEDIATELY". Forces me to lose my focus & all hyperlinks (can't close this browser) and reboot ! AUUUUUGGGH !! So I call and give them a piece of my mind and they continue to try to tell me I was hacked. I hung up and THEY called me back (gotta luv caller ID) so I patiently explained that I develop software for a living and that they hijacked me and I did not appreciate it. They didn't know what hijack was...asked if I wanted them to fix the "hijack" problem. LMAO !!! I laughed and hung up !! Too mad to be funny, but talk about irony ! WOW ~ Did due diligence...no virus

I received same msg on my computer saying it was being hacked a to call this number. when I called they could not verify who they where and said they needed to remote access my computer and that the needed to download a program on my computer to do that. I have had hp tech support fix my computer by remote access and the do not need to download anything to do it.

I received a screen saying I was being hacked, then a pop up giving this phone # I called it and was forwarded to a company called Techno Tech Support, after giving them $ and remote access to my computer they scanned it called me back three times to confirm that there service was not a scam, Chris and Becky maybe you could give a little more info on what happened, anyone can say what you said, you must have given access or something they even sent me a receipt to my email I will wait a day to see if I am truly hacked I did my own scans after and my computer was not infected...

This number showe up as Microsoft on my computer saying I have a virus, they hacked my comp., I really thought it was Microsoft and called.
