I received a call from this number. As stated this Josephine Ocean claims to be an investigator. She was asking for another person and seemed rather determined to get a call back with a case number. Problem is I am a private investigator. The number appeared to be associated with a Pearland, Texas phone number. She claimed to be with an investigations company that I had never heard of. I looked up her company and her name in the state database that regulates private investigators. Oddly enough, I could find no reference number of a legitimate license issued to her or her company. She apparently was hired by some financial organization in an effort to locate a skip trace. This information along with other numbers used the last several years by this person has been forwarded to the Texas Department of Public Safety for them to launch an investigation. Beware Ms. Ocean.. Texas DPS may be knocking on your door soon. I'm not sure about you... But, a knock on the door from the Texas Rangers may not be the perfect way to start your day. Just sayin. LOL
