the calls leave no message. I thought it was just another “We want to buy your house” SPAM call. I sent a message back letting them know that for $1,000,000.00, 180 day escrow, our home was for sale.
My debts are paid, CCs at zero balance.
We had Mercedes, a debt collector calling my wife. She was suckered in, and was making payments for a non-existing debt.
I found out and stopped it. Mercedes called back a few months later, hung up if I answered. My wife answered, and handed me the phone. She was not to be suckered again.
Suspected scam, spam or phishing. If a real company, they would leave a message.

they have called me twice now. It is an automated call about trying to collect a debt. BUT- I have nothing oustanding and have no collection notices against me. From everything I can find out this is a SCAM and i want them to quit calling me.

This company calls you over and over even if your not that said person. Pretending they are looking for someone and then they ask who you are.

Progressive debt...
