This is GE Capital Bank calling. They are the bank backing a few different accounts, mostly accounts where store credit was used meaning you have a credit card that can only be used in the store it came from. I have 2 different store cards from 2 different types of businesses both backed by GE Capital Bank. The calls are annoying and yes, they will call you ALL DAY when payments are late. I usually ignore it because of the fact that a real person never comes on the line. They will stop when you make your payment. ALSO, if you do not have store credit with any store, it may be in your best interest to find out why they are calling you (just call them back instead of waiting on the line). The store credit application and approval is done all online within minutes. If someone has/knows your personal info, it would be EXTREMELY EASY to open an account online in your name.

Located in India, they are clueless with what's happening state side.

They have called 10 times in 24 hours and left only one voicemail which was a recorded message to check out their website or call them back. I answered the phone once and it was an automated message asking for personal information. I just hung up the phone and plan on blocking their number.
