If you get past the automated thing trying to get your social, account number you actually do get the bank. The told me my account was up to date!

I just posted the latest comment on this number. It said about me asking how identity theft works. I contacted synchrony bank through a phone number i found on the real website. I told the woman over the phone that the name Anthony EnLatomo was used. She told me that the scam artists somehow manage to call our phones using synchrony banks phone numbers. She said a great number of people call in about this issue. And yes, its a real credit card company, but she said to disregaurd the phone calls. If you get these phone calls, remind them like i did about identity theft and fraud apparently, and call them out on their own action.
They called asking for the "fameous" Anthony EnLatomo (as every scammer in the U.S. asks for. I said, "speaking!" She went on to say that she was with that synchrony (synPHONY) bank with an issue reguarding wallmart. I asked her what her thoughts on identity theft were. Not knowing how to respond, she kept refering back to the same statement over and over. After i told her that she actually did not contact Anthony EnLatomo, i reminded her again how easy it is have your identity stolen and that it was a good idea on her end to hang up the phone. It's fun belittling willful ignorance.
Called 3 times today. Couldn't understand what they were saying. Something about wanting money.
