Harassment and stalking calls.

The call is legit. After receiving it, i called Anthem Pharmacy Services to confirm and they transferred me. Went over my meds with a tech and then spoke to a pharmacist. A report will be sent to my physician. It is true that the phone number indicates a spam call and the name of my health insurer sounded dubbed in. It was explained that the # is used in different parts of the country involving numerous providers hence the dubbing.

Yep now they're texting to indicate Pharmacy needs to talk to them.. BCBS

Same call and I get calls often claiming to be anthem.
When I call the number on the back of my card they say they don’t have a pharmacy that calls.

Claimed to be BlueCrossBlueShield Pharmacy.
They called me on my cell phone. When I called them back, they claimed the number for me was number I haven't had for 14 years.
They wanted my info. I wouldnt give it, I would only confirm what they had. They had most of my info., I told them it was incorrect.
I called BCBS, they claimed they don't have that number (that called me).
Considering how poorly BlueCross BlueShield does I'm not so sure it's not their number.
